Description

「月桃」指薑科月桃屬植物，多生長於蔭涼處，夏天開花、秋季結果。
時節走入夏天後，山區裡一串串白色的花朵，飄著淡雅的香，
待花朵凋謝後就會看到一串串果實，
待果實成熟時外殼就會轉色變朱紅色
而成熟的種子具有辛香味。
有人將其種籽加水煎煮當茶水來喝，
曬乾磨粉用於料理中，也讓料理增添美麗的變化
