【內容物】

★乾燥刺蔥 15g
學名「食茱萸」，像花椒般具有濃郁香氣，搗碎加入菜餚中，為料理提香。

★乾燥鹽膚木 20g
魯凱語名為「Boosu」，在羅氏鹽膚木果實成長過程中，表面結出一層薄鹽。酸酸鹹鹹的滋味，是部落獵人煮湯、婦女醃肉代用的「山鹽」。

★日曬馬告 20g
山胡椒，原住民稱之為「馬告」，散發胡椒及檸檬的香氣，以人工採摘日曬方式可長期保存。香氣濃郁,煮湯、蒸魚皆是調味首選。

★紫蘇粉 15g
紫蘇經烈日曝曬2天，具有濃郁清香，磨粉後撒在料理上除了增添風味，亦是天然色素，為料理增色。

★阿里山青心烏龍 6g*6包
茶葉品種，葉型肥厚挾長、葉邊齒序較小。茶湯金黃明亮，香氣清幽高雅，香而不膩再三回味，冷茶香依舊在，盡飲猶現杯底香，滋味醇厚圓滑，不帶菁苦澀，入口生津富含活性，入喉甘潤回韻無窮。
