Description

蒲姜為野生之灌木，也稱黃荊、牡荊、埔姜仔等名。本款蜜源來自島嶼之南的恆春，花期為8-9月，穗狀粉紫色的花，爛漫而靈動。埔姜蜜最特出之處，在於顏色。深邃的紫褐蜜色，細緻的甜韻裡微透著酸甘滋味，香清而味爽，份外合適調飲，芬芳的野草花茶、淺焙的單品咖啡，冷熱皆相宜。
