一口茶香,一縷山風。
我們把台灣限定的味道,揉進了一顆小小的酥糖。
來自木柵茶區的鐵觀音茶粉,以低溫慢磨成千目細粉,鎖住茶香、留住韻味。
入口時帶著微澀的茶氣,轉瞬化為柔和的甘潤,烏龍茶特有的果酸香在齒間散開,琥珀般的深韻於喉間久久不散。
與之相伴的,是來自阿里山「來吉部落」的手工黃金蔗糖。在鄒族聖山塔山下,部落延續祖先的節氣智慧,趕在二月無雨的清晨熬糖,以柴火文火細細慢煉,讓白甘蔗的甜緩緩沉澱成金。六十斤甘蔗汁,只能煉出十斤糖,這是耐心與溫度的結晶。
當鐵觀音的深邃茶韻遇上蔗糖的純粹甘香,一顆鐵觀音娃娃酥就此誕生。口感濃郁卻甜而不膩、順口不黏牙,外層酥鬆、內裡香潤,在咀嚼之間展現出多層次的茶香與蔗甜交織。那是一種被時間磨亮的柔和滋味既像山霧的靜謐,也像人心的溫度。
