Description

使用南投草屯在地糙米釀造，除了鹽、水、糙米、糯米之外無任何添加物，葷素皆宜，健康美味、芳香。

不加糖的醬油膏，無任何添加物，無大豆及麩質過敏原，糯米製漿糊化，微微回甘，襯托食物原味，適合做為沾醬使用。

糙米釀造的醬油，加入天然研磨糯米漿糊化，相當適合紅燒、燉滷時使用，讓鹹香藉由糯米漿攀附在食物外表，添色又入味。

注意事項：糯米分層為正常現象，食用前請搖晃均勻。
