嚴選來自台南麻豆正宗的麻豆文旦，果園不施除草劑，並在採收前近三個月不施農藥，果肉香甜可口。

以180天純釀造醬油加上美味的麻豆文旦皮及果肉熬製而成，

清爽回甘不死鹹，再加上文旦柚的特有香氣，非常適合沾、拌、火鍋沾醬。
