材料:
梅味噌 1大匙
沖繩紅麴豆腐乳
1大匙鮭魚 160g
櫛瓜 4片(1公分厚)
步驟:
1. 鮭魚去皮切2-3公分塊狀,以米酒、黑胡椒(或白胡椒)、鹽,醃15分鐘。
2. 櫛瓜切成一公分厚圓片。
3. 鮭魚和櫛瓜各一塊以竹籤串起排放在烤盤。將梅味噌及豆腐乳拌勻後,厚抹到鮭魚及櫛瓜朝上那面。
4. 烤箱預熱至200度10分鐘,放進烤盤烤7分鐘。以細牙籤若能輕鬆穿過魚肉,即可取出盛盤。
