霜鹽｜冬日結緣的回甘鹽

產品規格：200g/袋

成分：天日海鹽（產季：11月～隔年3月）

保存年限：3年

保存方式：常溫保存，避免潮濕。

夏日雨季結束後入秋，氣候逐漸穩定；節氣霜降前後，開始引海水曬鹽。

冬季日照短、氣溫低，海水蒸發速度比較緩慢，鹽的結晶很密實；海水中各種礦物質帶來特殊風味，回甘不死鹹。

冬春兩季收獲的粗顆粒霜鹽，經過烘乾、研磨及電腦色選雜質等程序，

能為食材帶來更豐富的鮮美口感，為廚房裡不可或缺的調味品。

※適合煮湯、炒菜，料理過程中加入，基本調味；料理萬用款。
