Description

1.過去日式醬油的由來就是味噌汁液又稱為味噌溜。今天我們的味噌完整保留,讓時間自然醞釀稱之為溜味噌。
2.使用本土黃豆(喜願黃豆)。
3.自然醞釀達180天。
其顏色近深褐色,口感與風味濃厚、富有鮮甜甘味,屬於多重料理材料。
例如:燒烤、味噌煮或味噌鍋,都非常適合。
