使用方式 鹹水鵝、冬筍鵝肉湯、水煮鵝肉、蔥爆鵝肉片...等料理都適合,完全鎖住肉質的鮮美。
香煎鵝胸
1.將鵝胸完全退冰
2.抹上胡椒粉及些許鹽巴,將鵝皮朝下放至鍋子煎,四面煎至金黃色
3.將金黃色的鵝胸放入烤箱,烤約8分鐘
(Tips:鵝皮朝上包鋁箔紙-可鎖住鵝肉的甜度及鵝油唷)
4. 將烤好的鵝胸肉切片擺盤,撒上些許胡椒即可,建議可搭配洋蔥一起享用~
