每一顆金黃飽滿的金柑，都蘊藏了蘭陽平原的陽光與雨水，
透過低溫乾燥保有金柑的氣味，酥脆的自然酸甜的口感，
一口滿嘴留香，是金柑獨有的酸甜黃金比例。
有機栽培、無添加防腐劑，連皮一起吃，風味絕佳。
食用方式：可直接食用，也可沖泡溫水飲用。

「宜蘭縣礁溪鄉果樹產銷班第六班」是宜蘭縣金柑唯一的專業生產團體， 
99年通過產銷履歷的驗證，100年通過蘭陽嚴選的審核，以提供消費者「健康、安全、幸福」為經營目標。
金柑，俗名金棗，是宜蘭知名農產品、蜜餞零食，受國人消費習慣改變、進口半成品價廉等因素影響，
農友不甘金柑產業就此沒落，決心「把過去加工果，轉走鮮果路線」。
金柑要連皮帶肉吃，這就更顯「有機友善栽種」的重要性，於是林庭財帶領林美地區一群金棗果農，
加上李念宜顧問及陳右人教授的義務輔導，從土壤檢查、草生栽培等面向提供技術指導，
形成「農民、經營、技術」鐵三角。以及產官學各界的協助，成功轉型，並取得有機認證。
