原味食譜-蘿蔔乾煎蛋
1.將蘿蔔乾泡水約2分鐘
2.將泡好的蘿蔔乾擠乾,並切成丁狀(依個人喜)
3.將蘿蔔丁與蛋液均勻混和攪拌
4.於鍋中放較多油,大火煎至邊緣起泡,後在翻面加熱30秒即可上桌。
