◖酸高麗菜
高麗菜來自桃園復興鄉比亞外部落,農友種植於海拔800-1000公尺的潔淨山區。新鮮高麗菜切絲,以粗鹽手工搓揉醃漬,搭配蒸餾水潔淨水源,加入乳酸菌及寡糖靜待時間熟成,當糖份轉化成有機酸時,酸高麗菜製成的條件就達成了。酸高麗菜不僅有滿滿的乳酸菌,入菜後圓潤酸味更拉提了整盤菜餚的鮮甜感。可以炒、可以煲湯、可以煮鍋。
