Description

自然生長、無農藥化肥、人工採收

台灣土生土長的愛玉樹，野放於中高海拔的山林間。
愛玉結的「果實」其實是隱花果，由花托膨大而成，真正的果實（愛玉籽）藏身在雌隱花果內，只有雌株的瘦果才能洗出愛玉，雄果是洗不出膠質的。採摘得的愛玉果要曬兩天，待果皮軟化後將愛玉籽翻出，再日曬或低溫烘乾數日而成。

使用方式：將半包愛玉籽(20g)至於紗網中，放入1公升的常溫水搓洗至膠質釋出，靜置10分鐘待其凝固，即可搭配蜂蜜糖水食用。
