阿金姐與酸桔農民配合契種，訴求友善栽培與安全用藥， 強調以公平貿易的方式直接向農民購買，實際行動支持在地農民。

【阿金姐工作坊】
阿金姐本名康阿金，原為閩南人，婚後嫁作客家媳，並跟著婆婆學習做客庄料理。
自製的醃梅原本是自家人食用，並將少數分送親友；後來在自營的米店開始兼賣，量愈做愈大，讓她萌生做生意的念頭。
於是，在竹東農會的輔導下，阿金姐跨出家裡廚房，迄今已發展成為中大型的質感手作加工品品牌。
二十多年來阿金姐都堅持一個原則，那就是產品絕對不添加防腐劑、人工甘味劑與色素等添加物，讓美味與健康兼顧。
目前的產品有客家桔醬、香桔汁、脆梅、紫蘇梅、茶梅、紫蘇梅汁嫩薑等等，產品往往供不應求，點亮在地農產品的價值。
