Description

是島嶼難得的冬蜜。冬季開花的蜜源植物相當少，又有寒流低溫等天氣風險，不利於植物泌蜜及蜜蜂採集，採的人少，收得的蜜更少。

鴨腳木 亦稱 鵝掌柴，特色是由枝端放射張出璞狀的複葉，看起來像是奮力撲水的鴨腳掌。竹苗一帶生長繁盛，花期為1-2月。蜜色金黃，嗅聞有淡蔘香，入口除了蜜甜，更有一股個性十足的堅果苦味隨後翻騰而出。那份苦不會讓人不適，反而包覆住甜味，收斂成深沉幽遠的成熟尾韻，回味再三也不膩。
