發芽雜穀鬆餅粉

成分:本產小麥粉、本產二砂糖、無鋁泡打粉(磷酸二氫鈣、碳酸氫鈉、玉米澱粉)、發芽玄米、發芽紅米、發芽紫米、發芽糙薏仁、糯小米、本產海鹽
淨重:200g

以無毒栽植、新鮮磨製的本產麵粉為底,加入發芽玄米、發芽紅米、發芽紫米、發芽紅薏仁、與小米等原生物產,使用雲林虎尾糖廠製造的二砂糖、洲南鹽場的霜鹽調配而成。
新鮮的麵粉吸水性足,加上五穀粉溫暖的米質香氣,簡單調入雞蛋牛奶,可以酌量加入奶油或花生油提香,一日之計,從美好的早餐開始~
保存方法:常溫保存,請置於陰涼乾燥處,避免陽光直射,開封後請盡速食用完畢。

鬆餅製作:

準備牛奶250ml、雞蛋1顆,攪拌均勻備用。將鬆餅粉放入料理盆內,將攪拌好的牛奶蛋汁分批少量加入粉中,讓鬆餅粉全部沾裹上牛奶蛋液拌勻即可,建議保留些微的顆粒感。將攪拌好的麵糊靜置十分鐘,平底鍋預熱不上油,取適量麵糊於平底鍋上焙煎,待麵糊表面產生氣泡時翻面,雙面均勻上色即完成。
