來自宜蘭蘭陽平原，無毒栽植的長實金柑，果皮富含精油的馨香，吃來脆甜甘美，
經過糖漬，果肉的酸澀轉化為生津的酸勁，鹹酸甜的蜜餞滋味，
是台灣特有的果漬風味，無須添加，天然就很好。
