商品描述

山胡椒，原住民稱之為「馬告」。春天開花，夏天結果，分佈於臺灣中海拔山區，全株散發胡椒及檸檬的香氣，花朵可供泡茶，嫩葉可入菜，新鮮的綠色果實均以人工手採方式而得，可直接食用，或以食鹽、日曬方式進行長期保存。
香氣濃郁, 煮湯、蒸魚皆是調味首選。葉、花、果實及樹皮均可提煉精油。
